Jeff is the real deal! A hard working family man who has learned and earned to be called one of the best in my opinion. We had to remove a pool and Jeff came through and made us feel comfortable about the process. Left no stone Un turned so to speak. For a 1 man and an assistant operation they are top notch! Honest fair price and not afraid to work hard to make sure the job is done right the first time. On time, efficient, cleans up after each day of work. And gave us a backyard for our dogs and family. Highly recommend!! 10 stars! All that with a bobcat is quite impressive!

Jeff and his partner were great! My pool was an unwanted eyesore, and he finally helped us get rid of it. He walked us through the project in detail, and he gave us very reasonable estimate. He was easy to communicate with via text and phone throughout the whole process. He was very clear about he would need to do in order to access the pool and what potential damage may occur e.g. removal of part of the pool enclosure, damage to the grass, and damage to the sprinkler system. He was very considerate of our neighbors. The area was clean at the end of every day he worked. I would highly recommend him if you are interested in having your pool removed. Before and after photos will be posted once the project is complete (we are awaiting installation of pavers).

Jeff was fantastic. He's very busy, so working the schedule out took a little time, but he did a truly amazing job and was worth the wait. He took my pool completely out in 2 days, while maintaining the screen enclosure. I got several quotes for the job, and Jeff was the most competitive, and most willing to talk to me about the process. He also came out to look at the job before quoting, which was important to me. I had some strange issues with pipe placement, narrow passes etc, and he walked through how he would handle each one.
I highly recommend him and could not be happier with how my choice turned out.

3-D Enterprises removed my old pool, screen, lanai, and prepared the backyard for the installation of a new pool. Jeff was excellent! Showed up on time every day with an agenda of what needed to be done. He worked until the sun went down constantly moving, never slowing down. Every day he cleaned up, by either sweeping or blowing not only the sidewalks but the street as well. All debris was hauled away and the area was left in great condition ready for the pool company to start installation. And the job was finished in the timeframe specified! Not only was Jeff a professional, he was extremely friendly and personable. He always had time to explain any questions that I had and offer suggestions. Hired Jeff, of 3-D Construction Enterprises, to remove my concrete pool. In 4 days, he demolished the pool, spa, deck, cage and removed pool equipment. All the demo materials were hauled away. Then Jeff bought in about 8 truck loads of clean fill and graded the area. Jeff worked very long hours every day and made sure work was done to my satisfaction. His work is excellent and his prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone thinking of removing their pool.

Jeff demolished and removed our dated in-ground swimming pool and its screen. Our pool was narrow and difficult to access, but Jeff found an effective way to access it and take it down. He filled up the hole with dirt, graded and compacted the ground for the new sod. He hauled away the screen and the concrete and cleaned the whole area. He took care of the permit and we passed the inspection without any problem (the inspector was pleased with the work done by Jeff and the full removal instead of a partial removal). Jeff answered all

Jeff, of 3-D Enterprises, just left our job site after doing a fabulous job in demolition of our pool, screen cage and lanai deck. We are underway with a big remodel of the back side of our home outdoor living space, and Jeff handle most all the demo. I was very impressed as how efficient and hardworking he was for one man. He is in constant motion. His talent on the bobcat from jack hammering to final grading and sweeping is very impressive. He left the site in great shape for the next trades.
